Spiritual Reflection on Belonging | The Universe Is a Melody

This week music has been something I have been playing with and tonight while in the shower this poetic thought came to me and i just want to share.
The universe is not a song.
It is a melody.
A song feels like something already written, already finished, already contained.
But a melody moves.
It breathes.
It has cadence, rhythm, space, silence, and return.
And somehow, we are each a note within it.
Each of us distinct.
Each of us necessary.
Each of us carrying our own tone, our own timing, our own vibration.
And yet, we are not separate from the melody itself.
We are part of Creation, and somehow, we are also held within the wholeness of it.
The note matters.
The silence matters.
The pause matters.
The way we enter and the way we soften back into the whole matters.
Maybe life is not asking us to become louder.
Maybe it is asking us to remember where we belong in the melody.
