#thoughtfulthursday below you see a formula for self sabotage. Once we allow ourselves the awareness of these patterns of thought which then lead to patterns of behavior, then we can truly begin to allow ourselves to succeed.
Let’s take this formula and start to journal about why we feel this way and ask ourselves if it is true.
Here’s what that might look like why do I feel caring around this guilt is good for me. What is it serving? How is it serving? You can take these set of questions, or modify them for yourself to come come into the awareness of what’s there,
from that awareness, we can then ask spirit for the healing.
Spirit will direct the healing spirit is the healer you are not your job is only to be aware of the thoughts in the feelings, and then be willing to decide do I want these if I do not that I just have to give them up surrender them to spirit and let spirit guide the healing It’s not up to you to be the healer it’s not up to you to do the healing. your job is simply to come to the awareness of what you no longer wish to carry.
