There are times we stay in one situation or relationship because we have made it an intraocular part of our personal story we don't know who we could or would be without that. We do not know if we choose to take that step a whole new wonderful world is there for us.

To start this process all we have to do is ask and answer ourselves an honest question am I really happy? We might try and lie and say yeah I am content, but are you happy or just comfortable, ask yourself how many times a day do I smile or Laugh or am just able to enjoy my current moment?
