For our weekend contemplation, it is a continuation of our thoughtful Thursday.

For our weekend contemplation, we are asked to step into a state of observation, and as we do observe, we get to look below the surface of a situation or a relationship to find the deeper truth and understanding of it, this deeper dive, also invites us to tune in to our intuition, and let it be the guide to this deeper dive


As we take this deeper dive, we are asked to practice forgiveness. Forgiveness doesn’t mean that you are condoning? What occurred or what hurt you what forgiveness is is a way for you to set yourself free from the story that you’re telling yourself about it.


And as we dive deeper and observe, and forgive, we then receive the revelation seeing things from a whole new perspective, which then leads us in to a state of flow, because we are no longer holding on to the old story,or judgements we are allowing ourselves to be guided to the next action.
