The world is an empty canvas and we fill it with our old thoughts and beliefs and judgments. We all do it all the time, what is beautiful is when we take a step back and watch the movie unfold instead of begin the main character.

When we choose to observe and ask what must I believe or what judgments must I have for this to be happening. Be honest with yourself and each one you see be willing to let it go and give it over to the spirit to be taken from you and healed for you.
