Awakening Mircales

To be in the embodiment of a divine rest, it doesn’t mean that the body is not out and about doing things. It doesn’t mean that the mind is still enough to hear the activities that must be done

However, the mind also acknowledges that it is not the source of the activities, nor is it the one doing the activities. It is merely observing the activities that are being done.

This seems very hard, but it’s not hard. It’s just very different than what we are used to. We are used to identifying ourselves with the activity and saying I am doing this but are you actively telling your heart to beat or actively telling yourself to breathe or exhale?

Just something to contemplate.
