Spirit is asking us this week to connect more with it instead of with our ego and this question can help us in our discernment of which aspect of our mind we are aligning with. If we are along with ego then we are projecting our thoughts, beliefs or feelings onto a situation.

If we are aligning with spirit then we view the situation from the fact which is to say if it is raining outside then that is a fact it is raining, while the ego would say it is raining I hate when it rains it always makes the day go so slow or now I cant be in a good mood because it is raining.
