When we allow spirit to use this saying we are simply acknowledging the now moment and what we see, no story about the moment just a simple acknowledgment of what is..

Today be aware of the stories you are telling yourself about the moment you are in if you do find yourself in a story step back and ask the spirit to help you see the truth instead of your story.
