Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our weekend contemplation and energy report. I am very excited to share this message with you. You can read the full reflection below or watch the video for a deeper connection. I’d love to hear how you’re celebrating life today!”

Christmas comes but once a year—but why do we limit ourselves to celebrating life, love, and kindness on just one day or a handful of select days? What if we treated each day as a celebration? Too often, we limit our own happiness without even realizing it.

This invitation isn’t about ignoring your responsibilities or abandoning your daily duties. Instead, it’s about approaching them with the same spirit of joy and happiness you naturally bring to the holidays. Think about how your workplace or even your everyday interactions shift during the holidays—you’re more likely to do things that bring a smile to your face or to others.

Your mind is primed to seek joy. What we don’t realize is how much we limit our capacity for happiness by confining it to specific occasions. Some may argue, “If I celebrate every day, the holidays won’t feel special anymore.” And you’re right—because every day will be special. This practice isn’t about making holidays ordinary; it’s about making life extraordinary. When you choose to celebrate daily, you amplify joy—not just in yourself but in those around you. Imagine what it would feel like if life began to celebrate you.

Blessings, surprises, and opportunities would flow to you—not because you’re celebrating, but because you’re aligned with joy. As Abraham Hicks says, “Life is meant to be fun.” And as A Course in Miracles teaches, we can learn through joy instead of pain and suffering. This doesn’t mean challenges won’t arise or that triggers will vanish. They’re part of the human experience. But your attitude toward them will shift. You’ll find yourself bouncing back more quickly—or even discovering that joy becomes your primary teacher. So, how do you start? Don’t feel the need to go from 0 to 100 overnight. Instead, begin small. Here are a few simple ways to practice celebrating each day:

  1. Celebrate Little Wins: Did you get out of bed today? Smile at a stranger? Handle a tough moment with grace? These are victories worth celebrating.

2. Set a Joyful Hour: Dedicate one hour each day to focusing on what brings you happiness. Listen to music you love, savor a favorite treat, or simply sit in gratitude.

  1. Create a Ritual of Joy: Light a candle each evening and reflect on one thing that made you smile during the day.

  2. Share the Celebration: Spread your joy by complimenting someone, doing a small act of kindness, or sharing your gratitude with others. As you build your “joyful muscles” with these small practices, you’ll begin to notice a shift. Life will feel lighter, surprises will come out of nowhere, and the mundane will transform into the magical. This invitation is about more than just choosing joy; it’s about stepping into the fullness of who you are—a being created for happiness and love. Start small, stay consistent, and know that by practicing celebration daily, you’re paving the way for an exciting and joyful 2025.
