When we are in Ego Mode and When we are aligned with Spirit
Ego says: “I have to fix this now.” → Spirit says: “Clarity will come when I pause and listen.”
Ego says: “I need to prove myself.” → Spirit says: “I trust that I am already enough.”
Ego reacts. → Spirit responds.
Ego body language is closed off defensive ready to defend or attack - Spirit-aligned body language is open and inviting defenseless ready to understand.
This is not used to judge yourself but instead to help you discern when you are allowing your ego to run the show or if you are allowing yourself to align naturally with who you truly are. As you enter a situation be aware of your intentions for going in is it about you getting what you want or the highest good for all involved?
