This weekend we are working with the energies of transformation, expression, and power.
This weekend we are all embarking on a transformation it can be mental, emotional, or physical no matter which or all three we must understand we are not becoming someone or something new but instead unveiling what was already there hidden. These energies also ask us to look at how we express ourselves in the world are we engine with a pattern of behavior that no longer serves or are we acting in alignment with who we truly are.
We have the power of decision the power to choose how we are going to respond to the situation and at first, it is going to be very different to make this new choice because we are used to another old pattern that feels more comfortable and that's ok as long as we are willing to choose again and align with who we truly are instead of who we think we should be.
Be willing to ask yourself this weekend: Where is it that I might be giving away my power? Who am I giving my power to? Why am I giving them the power to decide for me?
Be willing to ask yourself: What is a new way for me to respond to this? How can I choose a new way to express my true desires and feelings? Why might I be afraid to express myself fully?
