Messages for Monday, January 15, 2024- The main messages from Spirit ask us to take some time to reflect on may be holding us back from moving forward; are we falling into old emotional negative patterns causing self sabotage?  The old ways will not work to open new doors of opportunity and love.  Be the observer and see things from truth instead of heavy or clouded emotions coming from the ego; allow healing, then you can see with clarity what healthy positive changes you want to manifest.  Explore your options and set practical goals.
