When we choose to seek solitude, we are not seeking to disconnect what we are seeking for is actually a deeper connection with who we truly are. When we do this we gain a greater understanding of ourselves and the world around us we are actually more open and tuned into the world.
Today where can you set aside 5min to just sit and breath and relax. Can you imagine what it would be like to breath deep filling your body with air and then slowly letting it out feeling yourself relax into your body and then taking another deep breath and feeling yourself relax into alignment with your inner self.
