Our emotions are not good or bad they are guideposts to let us know where our focus and attention are. When we have positive or radiant emotions like happiness our focus is on spirit. If we have negative or more inward-facing emotions then we are focused on the ego.
What if today we choose to allow the mention to rise and acknowledge we are feeling it and allowing it instead of trying to push it or suppress it away?
When we do attempt to suppress or restrict or deny the feel all that does is make an energetic circuit that can be triggered at the slightest little thing, so would you rather have the temporary uncomfortableness of the mention as it flows or the constant trigger ready to pop at any time?.
