When we step into flow we are not stepping into the past or the future we are stepping into the now. The flow only exsitis in the now for that is where spirit can truly guide us, spirit can not guide us from the past for it has already happened and it can not guide us n the future because it has yet to happen we can only find the flow the inspiration the guidance in this moment.

Flow is not even found it is entered the question is are you willing to be here and be now so that spirit can guide you in an effortless manner where all you do is show up when and where you are told and events just happen for your highest and best good or for the highest and best good of someone else? Rember we are instruments when we enter the flow state not conductors or controllers simply divine implemtns put to greatest use.
