I just posted this month’s energy forecast, and I wanted to share a little bit about the energies we’ll be navigating together in October.

This month is all about simplifying our lives, stepping back to observe, and truly embodying the lessons we've been learning.

✨ The first card, Simply Your Life, is calling us to focus on what really matters, living more intentionally and fully.

✨ The Desert Prince is asking us to be objective observers, focusing on truth and not getting caught up in the emotions of our experiences.

✨ And then, there’s the supportive energies:

• Being mindful of what kind of “garden” we’re growing with our thoughts—are we nurturing something vibrant, or letting it fill with weeds?

• An invitation to listen deeply, not just with our ears but with our hearts—really tuning into the intent behind the words.

• And finally, Spirit is encouraging us to embody everything we’ve learned, so we can live more authentically and help others do the same.
