We have finished with the Zenith of the full moon however we are not done with its energetic wave we will be working with this energy until September 1.
Today spirit reminds us that we are the phoenix newly risen from the ashes of the fire of transformation still new to this world, spirit is inviting us today to begin to ground in this transformation with action steps those steps can be mental of choosing new ways of thinking, it may be emotional begin aware of your emotions and consciously choosing how you would like to feel or physical doing something different or new.
Remember we don't need to go from 0 to 100 instead, we go from 0 to 1, as we continue to ground this transformation this does not mean the old patterns will not rise but instead we now recognize them as ashes of who we are no longer and let them go.
Change is different and it may feel different and that is ok give yourself grace over the next couple of days and weeks to acclimate and don't forget to ask spirit for help often. As we do this we are becoming more of who we are and more aligned with our higher self
