Admit the truth and act accordingly, it’s time to take a step back and see the bigger picture, see things from love, not from fear.
💚#18 Confront- What you denying yourself that is causing self sabotage? It’s time to confront your shadow side, those parts of you that you do not like including your fears, and also represents facing issues of low self esteem, worthiness issues and old emotional negative patterns and wounds from your inner child as well.
❤️#5 Change your focus- Focus on what you do want and let go of control, go with the flows of energies and allow Spirit to guide you. This is a reminder that if you focus on fear that is what comes back to you; what old stories do you keep telling yourself that are not serving you? Connect with Spirit and shift your focus to love, that where the solution is; don’t let fear create self-sabotage and ruin things and relationships you have created from love. When you focus on fear you are focusing on lower negative energies, including, jealousy, envy, hate, deception, lies, bitterness, resentment etc...do your best to not stay in lower negative energies. Focus on making healthy positive changes that benefits you and others. If you are experiencing challenges or difficulties, take some time to take a step back and see things from a higher perspective, get outside and clear and ground your energy. This helps you detach from drama and your ego to see the bigger picture and truth of the situation; the communicating your truth will always set your mind free and leave you feeling at peace with yourself.
