We are all still getting used to the voice of our intuition we have been listening to the voice of fear. How can we start to tell the difference between an intuitive thought or a fearful one?
Intuition as shown in the picture is calm and steady, you just know you don't know how but you do, it is not in a hurry, it does not make you feel anxious because you did not do what it told you to do. It is loving and direct but not harsh or demanding
Fear as shown in the picture is hyper and scattered over analytical, catastrophizing feeling anxious or rushed like you have to fear can also make you feel like you should do it using guilt or shame.
We only listen to the voice of fear because we are used to it it does take time to discern the difference between them, it is important not to judge yourself but instead allow yourself the ability to discern if you get it wrong then you get to wrong don't make it life or death because doing that is another indicator that fear is involved.
