Spirit is always inviting us to take one small step outside of what we know to experience the wonder and adventure it has for us. We are a part of the spirit of life and life is always unfolding it is never stagnant and neither is happiness or joy these emotions ever expand and are shared.

We are not meant to be stagnant we are meant to expand ask yourself where that small expansion might start in what area of your life maybe what seems unimportant could you start to make a short change in maybe walking your dog later or walking a different way?
