Instead, it’s about honoring what we feel, getting curious about it, and then, when we’re ready, gently choosing a next thought or feeling that brings even a little more ease.
It’s not about jumping from fear to joy.
Sometimes the pivot is smaller — from fear to anger, or from hopelessness to “I’m doing my best.”
And that counts.
Because the shift isn’t about pressure — it’s about peace.
