Spirit asks for this willingness because, first, it cannot take from us what we are not ready to release, and second, because we are not the healers—we are the recipients of healing.

These filters might show up as regret, guilt, or worry about what could happen. Instead, step fully into the present moment. Why not take it a step further and shine? Wear something that makes you feel amazing, or choose a scent that uplifts your spirit. Do something that reminds you it feels good to feel good.
