Start saying yes to new experiences is it going to be scary only to the ego because it does not understand it and anything it does not understand it automatically sees as a threat and wants to fight it, hide from it or stand still within it and all those are natural for the ego. My friend that's not all you are you are part of the infinite creator and in that, you have the power to create so do you want to continue to recreate the sad or boring story of life or start creating a new one.
How do you start by simply choosing to align with things that light you up and make you feel even a little better as you do guess what you start having experiences that keep getting better and better and it all started with you simply choosing one to allow your self to say yes to feeling just a bit better by choosing a new way mindset, response or simply a new way to go to work no matter the choice big or small the universe sees you and will acknowledge you.
