Messages for Friday, July 14, 2023- The messages from Spirit remind us to take time for ourselves for self care, self nurturing and allow healing.  There may be some mental and emotional conflict in regards to solving a problem or resolving a situation; the best solution is to take a step back and see things from truth and love, not your ego.  As you allow healing, additional insight and truth will be revealed, knowledge will be gained providing clarity so you can make decisions based on your authenticity.
