Connect with Mother Nature to ground your energy, center yourself through breath work, this will clear stagnant energy and raise your vibration higher. If you have pets, or like to work with animals, their unconditional love will assist in your healing as well.
❤️Card#2- Bluebird Spirit (Happiness)- This is a reminder for you to focus on what makes you happy, this will keep you in the present moment. Happiness starts from within. Focus on your creativity and passions. “Sharing of your heart and love will also bring happiness back to you” Don’t sacrifice your happiness for others; don’t be afraid to put yourself first, when is the last time you did something for yourself that made you happy? This is not being selfish but a sign of self respect.
❤️Card#3- Elves (Playfulness)- It’s time to go out and have fun, play, this will assist in your inner child healing. Let go of unnecessary burdens and approach things from the playful spirit of a child, as this will assist in gaining different perspectives on situations based in love and truth.
