Imagine you have an unlimited cornucopia, one that continuously provides everything you need. Now, take a moment to visualize it—what is pouring out for you?

What does that image or item emotionally represent for you? For example, if it’s piles of money, does it symbolize happiness, security, love, or something else?

Write down what comes to mind, and then ask yourself: Could I still experience this emotion even without that item?
