Milne ❤️The messages from Spirit remind us to balance our heart and mind; there may be situations that are causing a lot of stirred up emotions and feelings; give yourself permission to feel all of it but not staying stuck in lower vibrational energies and identifying with the never ending story that causes emotional pain and discomfort.
❤️Be mindful of your thoughts and stay in the present moment. Detach from the situation and see things from truth and love which provide clarity and insight; this will also shift your perception from fear to love. Gratitude will also lift your vibration higher and help you to see things from love instead of fear attracting new situations and people that align with your authenticity.
❤️You have decisions you need to make and not sure which one is best for you. What do you really want to do? What makes your heart sing? Letting go of what no longer serves you and allow healing; this is key in helping you get the answers and clarity you are seeking. The answers you are seeking come from within and are inside your heart, not from outside sources. Connect with Spirit, take some time for inner reflection, prayer and meditation which will leave you feeling more at peace with yourself. Stay focused on your creative projects, goals and visions.
