This week Spirit is encouraging us to check in with our motives and desires and be discerning about where those desires are rising from. Are they rising from ego all about me, me, me, I, I,I look at how special and amazing (I) am, or are these dreams and desires coming from spirit where we are fulfilled and provided for in our service to others.

As we do this checkin spirit also encourages us to let go of what is not in alignment with love. This simple action takes strength not in body but in mind for our mind has a tendency to identify itself with projects or roles we are participating in and say this action is me I am this role and nothing else.

Spirit advises us to tap into the inner strength that is in us but not of us to lean into the spirit this week to guide us towards that which will help realign us with truth and love and the true desire we were inspired to pursue.
